1.3. Personal information of Subscribers and Designated Representatives, including usernames, passwords, and submitted Reports, are kept secure on our servers and are only used to assist them in accessing their accounts in Safely Report.

1.4. Our Website and Service allow visitors to provide personally identifying information such as name and email address for purposes of inquiry related to our Service and subscription.

1.5. We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or share any personal information provided through the Website and/or Service.

1.6. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information when required by law, or when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, or when we need to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on us.

2.3. In addition, we use session ID cookies to make it easier for you to navigate our Website. A session ID Cookie expires when you close your browser.

7. CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS

7.1. If you are a California resident, California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits you to request and obtain from us, information regarding the disclosure of your personal information to the third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year, free of charge, once a year. We do not share your personal information with third parties for those parties’ direct marketing use.
